For your records, please find attached Endorsed ANR Plan 2487L for property
located at 353 Weir Road, Assessor Map 126, Parcel 42.1.1. The ANR Plan creates
a non-buildable lot from a portion of 353 Weir Road for conveyance purposes. The
Plan was Endorsed at the January 7, 2026 Planning Board meeting and has been
recorded at the Registry in Plan Book 715, Page 41.
