Hello,
For your records, please find attached Endorsed ANR Plan 2371L for property
located north of Nottingham Drive, part of the Kings Way development, Assessor Map
142, Parcel 17. The ANR Plan creates a non-buildable lot for conveyance to the Town as
Open Space/Conservation Land and is subject to relief given by the Zoning Board of
Appeals (ZBA) in Decision 5205 recorded in Land Court as Document number 1,537,394.
The Plan was Endorsed at the January 21, 2026 Planning Board meeting. The property is
in Land Court (see attached Land Court Plan 34279D).
