remain onsite for the duration of the work.
Erosion Control Maintenance: It is your responsibility to maintain your sedimentation and erosion control in good working
order.
Final Stabilization and Erosion Control Removal: It is your responsibility to ensure permanent stabilization of the site and
remove and properly dispose of your sedimentation and erosion control once the site is fully stable.
Certificate of Compliance: It is your responsibility to request and secure from the Conservation Commission a Certificate
of Compliance once the project has been completed.
