COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on March 5,
2026, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Notice of Intent
Lisbeth Kamborian and
David Hynes TR, 180 South
Street. Filing to permit
existing pier, stairs and float
in riverfront area, land
under the ocean, coastal
beach, land containing
shellfish, and LSCSF.
Thomas Grimes, 10 Surfside
Terrace. Proposed replace-
ment and raising of an exist-
ing bulkhead and fill in river -
front area, LSCSF, coastal
bank, and the buffer zone to
a coastal beach.
RJ Resorts Beach Resort
Owner LLC, 1 South Shore
Drive. Proposed beach
management activities
including raking and nour-
ishment on a coastal beach
and LSCSF.
RJ Resorts Blue Water
Resort Owner LLC, 291, 301
and 327 South Shore Drive.
Proposed beach manage-
ment activities including
raking and nourishment on a
coastal beach and LSCSF.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can

hours in advance of the
meeting.
