Lemos Tidewater Motor Lodge Rt. 28 West Yarmouth, Ma. 02673 Dear John, BOX 746 BAXTER AVENUE WEST YARMOUTH. MASS. 026.73 March 21, 1980 The sign is up and with a new paint job looks good and should serve us well. As I discussed briefly with you, Pete and I both appreciate your kind consideration as a neighbor in offering the space for our sign; but over and above your generosity, we would like you to benefit from this business relationship. We propose leasing the space for the Green Harbor sign for •$23.00 per month or a•total of $300,00 annually. We would like to make payment -in three equal installments each year and accordingly, please find our check in the amount of $100,00 covering the four month period from March 20, 1980 to July 20, 1980. We hope this meets with your approval. Additionally, the Town of Yarmouth and Commonwealth of Massa- chusetts require that we have some basic form of lease arrangement in order to qualify for the annual renewal of our "off -premises" sig2i permit. I have drawn up and enclosed a simple, basic agreement which mentions no consideration and which makes it clear thatthe Green Harbor sign is there only as long as you permit us to place it there. If you request us to move it, we must and will immediately. Again, John, thank you as a neighbor and friend. I hope that 1980 has a good tourist season in store for both the Tidewater and Green Harbor. Sincerely, N H`BOR ON l' OCEAN Richard E.
