Being shown on a plan entitled "plan of Land in Yarmouth, Mass. for John A. Lemos" dated
September 15, 1976, by Eldredge Engineering Co., Inc., recorded in the Barnstable County
Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 308, Page 22, being bounded and described as follows:
NORTHERLY by the State Highway, three hundred eleven and 02/100 (311.02) feet;
EASTERLY by land now or formerly of Leonard F. Bedford, et ux, five hundred two
and 00/100 (502.00) feet;
SOUTHERLY by a private way, forty and 00/100 (40.00) feet;
