Dear Commissioners: The Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries (MA DMF) has reviewed the Notice of Intent (NOI) by Lizbeth Kamborian to permit an existing pier, stairs, and float at 180 South Street in the Town of Yarmouth. The project was reviewed with respect to potential impacts to marine fisheries resources and habitat. No new work is being proposed. Based on the scope of the project, MA DMF has no recommendations for methods, sequencing, or timing that would further avoid or minimize impacts to marine resources at this time. Questions regarding this review can be directed to Amanda Davis in our New Bedford office at amanda.davis@mass.gov. Sincerely, Kara Falvey Sent on behalf of Amanda Davis Environmental Review Administrative Assistant MA Division of Marine Fisheries 836 S.
