S.W. COLE Construction Serviced Technician KEJ arrived on site at 7:30AM for concrete testing/ sampling for the
location referenced above.
The pours for the SE and N walls were considered two different placements as the mix did change.
Concrete arrived onsite at 8:00AM (load 1) for the SE wall pour carrying 11CY of 4500psi 3/4" with SIKA
control 75, and 1% nonchloride added prior for all loads.

One set of tests were taken with the following results
Load 1:
slump: 8-1/4”
air content: 3.9%
temperature: 63deg F
A set of six compression cylinders (4x8) were cast for testing at 7, 14, 28(3), and one held in reserve
Concrete arrived onsite for the N wall pour at 10:55AM (load 1) carrying 10CY of 4500psi 1-1/2", with SIKA
control 75, and 1% nonchloride added prior for all loads

slump: 9”
air content: 3.6%
temperature: 65deg F
Six compression cylinders (6x12) were cast for testing at 7, 14, 28(3), and one held
in reserve

After testing KEJ had time onsite corroborated and left at 12:00PM
