We, Stefan Kitanov and Jasmine Kitanov, state as fouows:
1. We are the setlers and current owners of the rea[ property located at 38 Martin Way,
South Yarmouth, Massachusetts 02664 (the "Property").
2. ln connection with the marketing, tisting, and sale of the Property, we did not
represent, advertise, describe, or otherwise hold out the room located in the
basement of the Property as a bedroom.
3. To the best of our knowtedge and betief, the basement room was not presented to
the buyers as a bedroom at any time prior to or during the sate transaction.
4. This aff idavit is made voluntari[y for whatever lawf uI purposes it may serve.
