NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF YARMOUTH
OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, February 23, 2026 the following applications for Certificates of Appropriateness
pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at
5:00pm at Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02664 in the Select Board Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting shall be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 48 hours prior
to the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service on
the town's website at: https:#If.yarmouth.ma.us/WebLink/Browse.aspx?id=904379&repo=LASERFICHE. .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.
New Items:
1. 26-AO20 Winsbert Johnson (Owner) and Sunrun Installation Services (Agent): To install 40 solar panels
on the front and rear roofs at 4 Freeman Road
2. 26-AO21 Michael Walter (Owner): To build a shed at 17 Ridgewood Drive
3. 26-AO22 Joseph and Amy Ailinger (Owners) and ERT Architects, Inc. (Agent): To build a covered
breezeway at 44 North Sandyside Lane
