The gas meter is typically changed out every seven years by the utility company.
9. Plumbing
Materials: Copper piping noted.
Observations:
• The water was off to the outdoor shower. Shut off handles and drain fittings noted in the utility
room. The shower will need to be shut off and back drained before winter months yearly.
10. Patio and Porch Condition
Railroad tie border around the back patio was rotting. This support post will settle.
11. Fence or Wall Condition . ...-
Materials: Stone • Wood • concrete.
Observations:

• Fence leaning in areas.
• Retaining Walls
• The stone retaining walls further up the hill and the poured concrete walls near the house looked
in good condition
• Retaining Walls
• The railroad tie retaining walls are leaning from soil pressure. They are deteriorated and need
replacing
