Hi Brittany,
I think it is very helpful to have your guidance and feedback so thank you for that.
Rather than have an open-ended discussion with the Commission on what may be a busy enough
evening, we’re planning to work with your comments and revise the management summaries.
Would like to send it over next week well in advance of the March 19 hearing to have you check it
over. Can also provide it to Devon Harrington if you think that is appropriate.
Given this approach I am requesting that tonight’s hearing be continued to March 19.
Thank you,
Bob

Hi Ryan,
I can’t accommodate a meeting today, but I am looking for more detail in general the beach
management plan. It should outline and detail all proposed beach activities including the
deployment of chairs, events and protocol, etc. The town plan for smugglers beach is
attached as an example. Tonight’s hearing will be a good opportunity to gather guidance
from the commission, but it will need to be continued for NHESP comment, and they will
likely request some additional information.

Afternoon and Happy Wednesday
Hope everyone is great and we will no longer be talking about snow. Let's talk about some
warmer weather stuff. Brittany, would you have time for Chris and I to swing over and
discuss our upcoming town hearing? We want to make sure we have everything addresses
and go in positive.
Please throw us some best times and Chris and I can swing through.
Please and thank you, Team Red Jacket

Brittany, Joe, Applicant’s Representatives,
Due to a storm-related rescheduling of a Dennis Water District Commissioners
hearing it is doubtful that I will be able to guarantee my appearance tomorrow
evening.
NHESP will not have comments issued by the hearing time but will likely issue
prior to March 19 so the process cannot conclude in any case.
Should The RJ Resorts management wish to attend the hearing to initiate the
discussions I would encourage doing that. In our application we predict that
beach sediment nourishment will not be a primary component but would
require an interim review should it be needed going forward so the remaining
item is beach raking and other recreational activities. Initiating the discussion
relative the on-going / anticipated seasonal beach activities will provide an
opportunity for the management to gain insight into the issues of specific
concern that must be settled prior to the Commission voting.
Otherwise I would be requesting a continuation to March 19.
Bob
