The Site Plan &Landscape Plan revisions include the following:
• Removing the permanent fire pit from the property and replacing it with a portable fire pit
• Removing the asphalt driveway and replacing it with a pervious shell and/or stone driveway
• Driveway expansion to the Northwest by 150 SF in effort to park two (2) vehicles back-to-back
• Adding an 8' wide cobble stone apron along the road
• Removed the existing hot tub from the area calculations
• Removed the 1,161 SF of mitigation required to satisfy the preexisting enforcement order from
the area calculations
• updated the overlapping buffer zones and removed the 100 foot buffer zone designations
Proposed mitigation on the property includes 794 SF Invasive Plant Management, 966 SF Restoration
Planting (lawn being removed), 725 SF Beach Grass/Sand Nourishment and 1,168 SF Native Plant
Restoration, Totaling 3,653 SF of new Mitigation. The area table on the Site Plan details the removal of
the 1,161 SF of Mitigation from the past owners' enforcement order, so current Mitigation is 3,653 SF —
1,161 SF = 2.492 SF.

for the new decks and shed.
