Dear Yarmouth Conservation Commission,
I have been retained by the owners of 4 Glenwood St, Paul and Nancy Cruz, to prepare architectural
drawings for the proposed renovations to their home. They have requested that I provide the intended
foundation detail for the proposed deck and shed.
The deck and shed will be suppor ted by helical piles. Sizing, spacing, and capacity of the helical piles
will be determined by the manufacturer and installer. Please see detail below:
