Kelley, Surveyor, dated August 5, 1963, and recorded with the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 182, Page 87, more particularly bounded and described as follows: NORTHWESTERLY by Lot 3, as shown on said plan, two hundred and 50/100 (200.50) feet; NORTHEASTERLY by Station Avenue, a County Way, as shown on said plan, one hundred and 00/100 (100.00) feet; SOUTHEASTERLY by Lot 1, as shown on said plan, two hundred and 54/100 (200.54) feet; and SOUTHWESTERLY by a strip of Lot 3 about i l feet in width, as shown on said plan, one hundred three and 50/100 (103.50) feet.
