This message serves as a second notice that your 2026 Rental Registration has not yet been renewed. Our
records indicate that the required renewal remains outstanding despite prior notification.
All rental properties in the Town of Yarmouth are required to maintain an active registration. Operating a rental
property without a current registration is a violation of Town regulations and may result in
enforcement action.
If this property is no longer being used as a rental, please notify the Health Department as soon as possible so
our records can be updated. You may do this by completing the affidavit stating that you are no longer renting

How to Renew Online:
Log in to OpenGov (top right corner) - Dashboard
Select “My Account”
Click on “Applications”
Locate your current Rental Registration record
Select “Renew” and verify that all information is accurate and up to date
Hit Confirm and Submit
Make payment (OpenGov does not allow payment via E-Check. If you wish to pay by check, please either
drop off a check at Town Hall (Health Department), or mail it with your application # written on the check
to: Town of Yarmouth, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664)
If your property requires an inspection before a Rental Occupancy Certificate can be issued, you will receive
a notification through OpenGov to schedule. Please note that all short-term rentals require an
inspection.
