Dear Couto Management Croup:
The Town of Yarmouth Board of Health has reviewed and voted on your request for varianccs
from the Town of Yarmouth Plastic Regulation.
The Board voted at its duly posted meeting on March 16.2026, to grant your establishments
variances from the applicable regulations, allowing the continued use of plastic cups and plastic
lids through October 12,2026.
As discussed during the meeting, Couto Management Croup is scheduled to appear befbre the
Board on October 5, 2026, to provide an update on efforts to identify and implement altematives
to plastic cups and [ids.
This variance is being granted to allow your business additional time to transition to products
that comply with the Town of Yarmouth Plastic Regulation. Please be advised that this variance
is temporary and will expire on the date listed above. After that time, your establishment will be
expected to be in full compliance with the regulation unless further relief is granted.

please contact the Yarmouth Health Department.
