S.W Cole Construction Services Technician KEJ arrived onsite at 6:30AM for concrete testing and sampling for the
locations referenced above
Concrete arrived onsite at 7:05AM (load 1), 8:05AM (load 10), and 10:05AM (load 24) all carrying 10CY of 4500psi
3/4", with SIKA control 75 and 1%
nonchloride (added only for last 40CY), added prior
placed via pump truck
Three set of tests were performed with the following results
Load 1:
Slump: 7-3/4"
Air content: 4.0%
Concrete Temperature: 72F
Load 10:
Slump: 7-1/4"
Air content: 4.0%
Concrete Temperature: 66F
Load 24:
Slump: 9-3/4"
Air content: 4.1%
Concrete Temperature: 64F
Three sets of compression cylinders (6x12, 15 altogether) were cast for testing at 7, 14, 28 (2), and one held in
reserve. CYL 792-111 was cast from the mix with Accelerator
After testing KEJ packed up equipment, had time corroborated, and left at 11:15AM
