John Mantoni, Barbara Murphy, and Anthony Panebianco
PETITION 5206: (continued from 01/08/26) William A. Bravo, Trustee of the William A.
Bravo Revocable Trust. Property Location: 147 Run Pond Road, South Yarmouth, MA.
Map & Lot #: 34.13; Zoning District: R-25. The Applicant seeks a Special Permit per § 104.3.2
for increase in height of a preexisting nonconforming structure to construct a second -floor addition
and third -floor habitable attic with outdoor deck.
On January 7, 2026, the Board received a letter from Attorney Paul Tardif who represents the
petitioner. Due to neighborhood opposition to the plan and the need for clarity on changes to the
plan, the petitioner requested a continuance to February 12, 2026.
At the January 8, 2026 hearing, a motion was made by Mr. Scanlan and seconded by Mr. Martin
to grant the continuance to February 12, 2026. The members voted as follows: Mr. Martin: AYE;
Mr. Mantoni: AYE; Ms. Murphy: AYE; Mr. Scanlan: AYE; Chairman Igoe: AYE. The motion
was voted 5-0 in favor. The request for a continuance to February 12, 2026 was granted.
On January 16, 2026, the Board received a letter from Attorney Paul Tardif who represents the
petitioner. The petitioner requested to withdraw the petition without prejudice.
On February 12, 2026, Attorney Paul Tardif appeared at the continued hearing and requested to
withdraw the petition without prejudice. A motion was made by Mr. Martin and seconded by
Mr. Panebianco to allow the petitioner to withdraw without prejudice. The members voted as
follows: Mr. Martin: AYE; Mr. Mantoni: AYE; Ms. Murphy: AYE; Mr. Panebianco: AYE;
Chairman Igoe: AYE. The motion was voted 5-0 in favor. The request to withdraw the petition
without prejudice was granted.
