DEED
LOWELL FACTORS, INC., a Massachusetts corporation having
a principal place of business at 95 East Merrimack Street,
Lowell, Middlesex County, Massachusetts ("GRANTOR") for con-
sideration of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS
0182,000.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
GRANTS TO CAPE COD GAS COMPANY (formerly known as Buzzards Bay
Gas Company), a Massachusetts corporation having a principal
Place of business at White's Path, Yarmouth (South), Barnstable
County, Massachusetts ("GRANTEE") WITH QUITCLAIM COVENANTS the
land with the improvements thereon situated in Yarmouth
(South), Barnstable County, Massachusetts, more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
First Parcel: A certain parcel of unregistered land
labeled "5" on the Plan entitled "PLAN OF LAND IN SOUTH
YARMOUTH, MASS. FOR LOWELL FACTORS, INC.," dated December 29,
1969, prepared by Thomas E. Kelley, Surveyor, South Yarmouth,
Mass., and recorded with the Barnstable County Registry of
Deeds in Plan Book 234, Page 73, said parcel being more par-
ticularly bounded and described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point on the southerly sideline of
White's Path as shown on said Plan;
THENCE N84° 47' S5"E along the southerly sideline of
White's Path, a distance of two hundred seventy-nine and
93/100 (279.93) feet to a point;
THENCE S9" 47' 00"E a distance of forty-one and 56/100
(41.56) feet to a concrete bound as shown on said Plan;

THENCE S85° 46' 40"W a distance of two hundred sixty-four
and 84/100 (264.84) O.Lej, along the northerly boundary of
Lot 5 (LC. 31209B) as shown on said Plan, to a point;
THENCE N310 45' 20"W a distance of forty-one and 25/100
(41.25) feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 10,643 square feet according to said Plan.
Being the same premises conveyed to the GRANTOR by
deed from Thomas E. Kelley, said deed being recorded with
the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds at Book 1459,
Page 730.
Second Parcel: A certain parcel of registered land
bounded and described as follows;

THENCE N850 46' 40"E a distance of two hundred sixty-four
and 84/100 (264.84) feet to a drill hole in a concrete
bound as shown on said Plan;
THENCE N83° 39' 00"E a distance of two hundred thirty-six
and 89/100 (236.89) feet to a drill hole in a concrete
bound as shown on said Plan;
THENCE S310 48' 30"E a distance of three hundred
thirty-four and 10/100 (334.10) feet to a drill hole in a
concrete bound as shown on said Plan;
THENCE S660 36' 10"W a distance of four hundred
fifty-three and 96/10o (453.96) feet to a concrete bound
shown on said Plan;
THENCE N310 45' 20"W a distance of four hundred
ninety-two and 10/100 (492.18) feet to the point of
beginning.
All of said boundaries are determined by the Court
to be located as shown on Land Court Subdivision Plan
31209B, dated Sept. 27, 1968, as modified and approved by
the Court and filed in Land Registration Office at
Boston, a copy of which plan is filed in the Barnstable
County Registry of Deeds in Land Registration Book 260,
Page 118, and said land is shown thereon as LOT S. For
GRANTOR'S title see Certificate of Title #33388, Land

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said LOWELL FACTORS, INC. has
