The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on April 2,
2026, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Request to Amend an Order
of Conditions
Diane Morris & Julie French,
1044 Route 28. Proposed
construction of a telecom-
munications facility and
gravel driveway within
LSCSF.
Notice of Intent
Ann and Robert Wiggins, 61
Pheasant Cove Circle.
Proposed garage addition
and after -the -fact permit-
ting of existing boardwalk in
LSCSF, BVW and its buffer
zone.
Robert and Maureen Kelly,
146 Mayflower Terr.
Proposed stairway and
expansion of existing deck
in the buffer zones to a salt
marsh and coastal bank.
Dewey and Margaret Awad,
911 & 921 Great Island Road.
Proposed revetment on
coastal bank and coastal
beach.

Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
