You may maintain a 4-foot path to the pond as sketched on the attached images.
Work must be done by hand, and can include trimming encroaching vines and branches which have
grown in to the previously maintained path up to a height of approximately 6 feet. No additional
features (such as paving stone, fire pit, or timber steps) may be added without additional approval.
