12.THIS SURVEY WAS PERFORMED DURING A PERIOD WHEN THE GROUND WAS SNOW COVERED. UTILITY
STRUCTURES AND SITE FEATURES HAVE BEEN LOCATED AND IDENTIFIED WHICH WERE OBSERVED IN THE
