PETITION #5225: 127 Whites Path, Yarmouth
At its February 5th and 19th, 2026, hearings, the Conservation Commission heard a
Stormwater Permit Application for proposed tree removal, regrading, and paving for
construction of a new Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Tank and associated infrastructure.
The Commission issued Stormwater Permit SW2025-002 on 3/3/2026.
