Hi Brittany and Joe,
Following up on yesterday’s discussion I am requesting a two week
continuation of the 911 & 921 Great Island Rd. hearing to satisfy the items
relating to the COC in progress and to provide details on the 2025 sand
replenishment.
I have the owner’s attention to the fabric and the visible fiber roll (s). Margaret
Awad is on it with some labor to loosen up the remaining fabric.
She was pretty sure telling me that her initial effort was productive but I’ve
sent her yesterday’s images and explained that the beach can give this stuff up
as the beach surface fluctuates. It’s possible that even after this effort more
could show up.
She sent me the sand delivery slips and photos of the event. I‘ll return to the
site to document material removal get a submittal collected and send it over
soon.
