At a regular weekly meeting of the Directors of The First National Bank of
Yarmouth, held on July 30, 1948, a quorums being present, on motion duly made
and seconded, it vas
VOTED:
That The First National Bank of Yarmouth sell to the Cape Cod
Co-operative Bank, the land in Yarmouth (Yarmouth Port) as shown
on a plan of Bears& and Kellogg dated July 22, 1948, more
particularly described as lot "A" and lot "C",
reserving to The First National Bank of Yarmouth the right to
use the cesspool now located on the said lot "A", and ghat a
deed to said lots *A" and Y'C" be signed, executed and delivered
by Gorham Pulsifer, President, in the name and behalf of The
First National Bank of Yarmouth.
I hereby certify the above to be a true and correct copy from
the records of the above Directors meeting.
