S.W. Cole Engineering Construction Services Technician Jorge Goncalves arrived onsite at 5:30 A.M. for "Concrete
Field Testing" for the placement location referenced above.
Upon arrival, met with Eric from "CDM Smith, Inc.
" who provided information about today's job duties.
Concrete was delivered by "Cape Cod Ready Mix" and was a 1-1/2” Aggregate, 4500psi,
Concrete Mix with Sika Control 75. A total of 250 yards of concrete were ordered.
JDG took 3 test and did 3 sets of cylinders for the lab.

air content: 4.9%
concrete temp: 72
Test Results #2 (load 11)
slump: 8 1/2"
Air: 3.6%
Concrete temp: 78
Test Results #3 (load 21)
slump: 8 1/4"
air: 3.3%
concrete temp: 70
These results were all given to Eric from CDM smith before leaving the jobsite.
