Would it be possible to continue this project to the May 7 meeting, with revised materials
submitted 4/30 by noon? We’re still waiting to receive some information and won’t be able
to submit revised/additional materials by tomorrow at noon. Let me know if this is an issue.

marsh boundary as well as additional grass species on the bank. Someone from our office

Thanks for the quick response, Brittany! I could have copies of the revised Shoreline
Stabilization plan dropped off today but unfortunately Jen isn’t in so I can’t get a stamp on
them- is that necessary to get us on the hearing? If they can review it at the hearing
regardless I should be able to get them printed this afternoon and have someone drop them
off.

Hi Lauren,
If you have the updated plans completed, the commission can review them at the next
meeting but may be unable to issue the approval until the marsh is added. You can always
request a continuance to a date further out, but may be worth getting their thoughts if the
owners were anticipating construction in the late spring.

Hi Brittany,
I’ve been in touch with Down Cape Engineering and due to the extensive snow covering the
marsh (even before this recent nor’easter), they’re unable to locate the full extent of the
marsh. I’m unsure how to proceed since they might not be able to locate the marsh
boundary for a few weeks. I was able to update the Stabilization Plan based on the
comments received at the first hearing, but I assume we’ll need to continue the hearing until
we’re able to have the marsh boundary added? In that case we might need a continuance
for a few hearings out. Let me know your thoughts.

the 3/5 meeting, revised plans are due on 2/26. Please submit an original and 7 copies.

Hi Brittany,
I had a couple of questions regarding the additional information desired for 10 Susan Road.
To delineate the salt marsh, will you require that a PE/PLS locate this edge and put it on
their stamped plan? CLM has a GPS unit and we’d be able to very quickly locate the edge
of the marsh and add it to our plan if this would be sufficient. Also, I believe this hearing
was continued to 3/5- could you remind me when revised plans will be due and how many
copies you’ll require?
