There is a S50 application fee, which can be paid by cash or check made to "Town of Yarmouth". This approval is valid for
one year. This Approval does not grant any property rights or any exclusive privileges; it does not authorize any injury to
private propefi or invasion of property.

The shed is approved in the proposed location, but will require mitigation
planting along the edge of the wetland. This mitigation shall include six shrubs from the approved
native plant list such as Clethra alnifolia (sweet pepperbush) and Ilex glabra (inkberry). Please see the
attached plan with the mitigation area circled in green.
