In researching the records of the Ya:mouth Fire Departnent in regards to the
Christoas Tree Shop prolerties located on Whites Path, South Ta:mouth, the
fo).Iowln6 tlata was retrieved.
Parcel 1. The office vanehouse building Locateti et ffZ6L Whites Path, shows
no record of anJr above ox underg?ountl storage tanke pe:mitteal anil, to the
best of thle departnent's )rrowledg€, there are no hazar-d ous Eaterials stored
at this property.
Parcel 2. lltre warehouse building (the o).d Cape Cod Coliser:rn), accordin6 to
Yamouth Fire Departnent records, 1s located at #22, llhites Path, South
Ya:mouth, antt application was oade to the torrn of Ya:mouth by the Hhites Path
Coliseum Cor-oorition, and a hea!1ng was held on Novenber 7r.. 1977, for the
storage (r.rnderground) of 4,000 g:a11ons of gasoline. Subsequently a license
was issued by the Board of Selectmen.

Fire Departroent permitted and vitnessed the renoval of two lr0OO ga1Ion
gasoline tanko fron the property on Novenber 17r 1986. Ttre tarke lrere lenoved
by Zecco, !nc., 14, West llain Street, Northboro, anal propex receipts are on
file for the disposal of these tanks.
The records of this departroent, to the begt of ny knowledge, do not r€flect
any other hazardous naterials on this property. It nust be noted that the
Chrietmas [ree Shops are in the process of applying for an underground stora€e
license for 5rOO0 gallons of diesel fuel.
