Pursuant to the requirements set forth in the Superfund Amendments and
Re-authorization Act (SARA) Title lll, Section 312, Emergency and
Hazardous Chemical lnventory Forms and Community Bight-to-Know
Reporting Requirements, Commonwealth Electric Company is herewith
submitting Tier ll Forms with specific information on hazardous chemicals
present at each of our facility locations during the past year. Chemicals
which are listed on the Tier ll Forms meet the reporting thresholds, as
defined by the Environmental Protection Agency, and were previously
reported under Section 31 1 in September of 1988.

garages shall have a total quantity not to exceed fourteen (14) gal-
ibns, and no such container shall have a caPacity in excess of seven(7) gallons.

upon the floor of or into the drainage system of a garage.
(20) No tank wagon or tank truck used Ior the transportation of
-oasoline, oil, or other petroleum proCucts shall be kept in any Portionof a garage unless the garage is used exclusively for the keeping of
such vehicles or unless the portron so used is separated from the restof t}le garage by a fire wal1. The provisions of this rule need not
