RE: 601 & 60lA Willow Street, South Yarmouth.
Dear Ms. Johnson;
I have attempted to contact you on several occasions at the telephone number that we have
listed for you, When the telephone is answered the person answering is asked "is this Nancy
Johnson" and the reply is no and then hangs up the phone.
The reason for my letter is that there is a serious safety condition that exists at the propert_v of
601 and 601A Willow Street, South Yarmouth. The electric service drop wire running to the
rear house is too low and presents a dangerous condition, This is a private Iine and therefore
is your responsibilit"v to correct.
Due to the safety hazard that exists I hereby order that the condition be corrected no later
than September 7,2012 at 10:00 AM. Should this not take place I will instruct NSTAR
Electric to disconnect the power to the property.
Ifyou have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Town of Yarmouth' Building Department
