This form is being accomplished by the researcher for the fact
that this I icensee has not, as of 0ctober 1984, installed a
subsurface tank to accept 1,000 gallons of gasol ine, for which
a permit was granted on October 2l , 1980.
Because no installation had been made for four years, the permit
was brought up for revocation before the Board of Selectmen on
Oc tobe r I6, 1984.
The Board of Selectmen unanimously extended the Iicense for one
year,

The property was acquired by John 0'Rourke, who was granted a

The original permit for two storage tanks of 5,000 gallons each
of fuel was granted to Gateu,ay lsles Yacht Club on l'larch 29' 1965.
The property was acquired by John 0'Rourke, who was granted a
renewal of the I icense in 1977.
Subsequently, the property was acquired by D. E. C. Realty, who
discontinued the storage of fuel.
The Board of Selectmen, under the ci rcumstances, unanimously
voted to revoke this permit on October 15, 1984.
ln summat ion: these tanks have now been installed since 1966,
per i od of l8 years.
Note: the plot p'lan for this installation is on file at the
I icense department office in Town Hal l.
