COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on April 16,
2026, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Request for Determination
of Applicability_
Judith and James MacLen-
nan, 81 Crowell Road.
Proposed addition in LSCSF.
Notice of Intent
J. Scott Martin, 104 & 110
River Street. Proposed pier,
ramp, and float system in
riverfront area, land under
the ocean, coastal bank,
land containing shellfish,
and LSCSF.
Raoul Chalifaux, 49 Neptune
Lane. Proposed seawall
reconstruction, relocation of
pier, and float expansion in
riverfront area, land under
the ocean, land containing
shellfish, and LSCSF.
Jeffrey Chizmas, 66A River
Street. Proposed float
expansion and new piling in
land under the ocean and
land containing shellfish.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can

meeting.
