Massachusetts General Laws,Chapter 139,Section 3B Disbursement of insurance
proceeds for loss,damage or destruction of building or structure; notice; lien is
appropriate,please direct it to the attention of this writer and include a reference to the
above captioned insured,location,date of loss,and claim number.

waiver of any of the rights of Heritage under its insurance policy.Nor is it the purpose of
