THE SCOPE OF WORK CONSISTS OF RECONSTRUCTING AN EXISTING PERMITTED BULKHEAD AND ACCESS STAIRS IN THE SAME LOCATION, THE EXISTING PERMITTED LANDING WILL BE MOVED APPROXIMIATELY 6 FEET NORTH RE -USING ONE SET OF PILES AND RELOCATING THE SOUTHERN 3 PILES. THE TWO 6'X14' FLOATS MATCH THE PERMIT AND WILL REMAIN, THE EXISTING SMALLER FLOAT UNDER THE RAMP WILL REMAIN AND BECOME PART OF THE PERMIT. TOTAL FLOAT SQUARE FOOTAGE WILL BE 200 SQUARE FEET. THE EXISTING GRAVEL BUFFER SHALL REMAIN. THE EXISTING LICENSE IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE AND A NEW LICENSE WILL BE OBTAINED. 3. THE EXISTING OUTFALL PIPE SHALL BE RESEALED TO THE NEW BULKHEAD. ANY REPAIRS TO THE PIPE ITSELF SHALL BE MADE AS NECESSARY. 4. THE RETURNS ON BOTH ENDS OF THE WALL SHALL EXTEND LANDWARD TO MATCH EXISTING. 5. CONSTRUCTION ACCESS SHALL BE FROM THE APPLICANT'S PROPERTY OR FROM A WORKING BARGE. EQUIPMENT SHALL BE STORED ON THE APPLICANT'S PROPERTY OR THE WORKING BARGE WHEN NOT IN USE. WORKING BARGE TO BE ANCHORED TO AVOID BOTTOMING OUT DURING PERIODS OF LOW TIDE. 6. THE WORK ACTIVITY SHALL OCCUPY A MINIMUM AREA TO ACCOMPLISH THE INSTALLATION OF THE BULKHEAD. EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS HANDLING SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE WORK PROTOCOL SUBMITTED WITH THE NOTICE OF INTENT, THE RESULTING ORDER OF CONDITIONS AND AS DIRECTED BY THE YARMOUTH CONSERVATION AUTHORITIES. 7. ALL AREAS DISTURBED DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE RETURNED TO THEIR PRE -CONSTRUCTION CONDITION. ALL WORK SHALL BE INSPECTED BY SHOREFRONT CONSULTING AND RECEIVE APPROVAL BEFORE REMOVING EQUIPMENT FROM THE SITE. 8. THE ACCESS ROUTE AND WORK SITE SHALL BE CLEANED AND RESTORED TO RESEMBLE THE PRE -CONSTRUCTION CONDITIONS. 9. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN A COPY OF THE ORDER OF CONDITIONS ISSUED FOR THE PROJECT BY THE YARMOUTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION PRIOR TO THE START OF ANY WORK. 10.
