won’t say no and I doubt would
charge anything- but they definitely
want to be made aware and it is the
homeowners responsibility to do so.

Optional Missed Oak top- technically the
majority of it is over the property line
and becomes the neighbors
responsibility and is considered an
act of God. There is a bit of it
hovering over the property line but
doesn't cause her any harm.
Remove large downed Oak top and
small Oak tree it got caught in and
