Hello Joe,
Per your request I am providing updated plans for the replacement of the existing deck and patio at 17 & 19 New Hampshire Ave. I have included a computer generated rendering and a schematic showing the patio dimensions keeping within the original footprint of what was removed previously.
Please update your records. Our contractor is planning to begin work soon.

The low patio retaining walls (16" max height) will be done with this product or equivalent:
The two driveways will have a cobble stone apron and cobble stone border which appear to be a very popular design in Yarmouth.The two driveways will also be surfaced with a dry-laid paver using this product or similar.

Thank you for coming to the Conservation office to discuss rebuilding the front porch at 17 New Hampshire Ave. I have confirmed with the Conservation Administrator that no additional permitting is needed if you are rebuilding within the same footprint.
We would also approve replacement with a dry-laid paver patio. When available, please submit plans for the new porch/patio so we can update our records.
