Hi Matt,
The lot at 203 Great Western Road was originally created via ANR Plan 2486 (see
attached) and was not included in the Covenant for Definitive Subdivision Plan
2486B, so no release is required. Please note the address is erroneously shown as
207 Great Western Road in the attached ANR Plan but was subsequently corrected
to 203 Great Wester Road in the Definitive Subdivision. So I think you are all set.

Hi Kathy:
I hope all is well!
I am working on a sale of 203 Great Western Road, and there happens to be a
covenant for road construction, etc. from 1978 that hasn't been released as of record
for the parcel (Lot 8 on Plan Book 318, Page 96). Attached is a copy of the original
covenant.
Also attached is a copy of a release for a different lot subject to the covenant as
recently as 2013. Could you see if there was vote by the Board releasing all lots at
some point historically, in which case perhaps a certificate of release could be
prepared?
