In 1976, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for the construction of a swimming pool. A site visit was made in March 2026. All work has been completed, and the site was found to be in substantial compliance with the approved Site Plan. This is to certify, to the best of my knowledge and belief, that the work was performed in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions.
