In March 2022, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for the construction of an addition within the footprint of an existing porch. A site visit was made in March 2026. The proposed work was found to be constructed in substantial compliance with the approved Site Plan. This is to certify, to the best of my knowledge and belief, that the work was performed in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions.
