My name is Andrew Foilb, and I reside at 102 South Shore Drive in South Yarmouth. I am writing to provide my
input regarding Lourival Santos' Special Permit application #104.32(2).
In recent years, since Mr. Santos purchased the property at 96 South Shore Drive, he has made numerous
upgrades and improvements. These enhancements have not only increased the value of his own property but
have also had a positive impact on neighboring properties, including mine.
Based on my observations, I strongly support his request to add a small addition to the cottage. I believe this
project will continue to contribute positively to the neighborhood.
