Cole Engineering Construction Services Technician Mohammed Rifaz arrived onsite at 06:30 am for "Concrete Field Testing" for the placement location referenced above. At the time of arrival, I spoke with Rayssa Fonte provided information about today's job duties. Concrete was delivered by "Cape Cod Ready Mix" and was a 1-1/2" Aggregate, 4500psi, Concrete Mix with Sika Control 75 and Energy Surcharge. A total of 90.00cubic yards of concrete were poured.  The mix specifications were as follows: Slump: 7.00in - 10.00in Air Content: 3.00% - 6.00% (Air entrained mix). A sample was collected from the 1st load and the standardised testing was performed with the following results: 1. 1st Poured Load (Truck#79) Slump: 8.5in. Air Content: 5.8% Concrete Temperature of 60F° 1 sets of 6 cylinders of size 6x12 was cast from the first load for laboratory compressive strength testing at 7, 14, and (x3) 28 days. One cylinder was made for 'Hold' purposes. Observations and Results of the Inspection were communicated to Rayssa Fonte.
