OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, April 13, 2026 the following applications for Certificates of Appropriateness
pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at
7:15pm at Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02664 in the Select Board Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting shall be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 48 hours prior
to the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online ServicestTown Record Search service on
the town's website at: httos://If.yarmouth.ma.us/WebLink/Browse.asox?id=904379&rei)o=LASERFICHE .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.

1. 26-AO30 Roman Catholic Bishop of Fall River (Owner) and Cape Architecture (Agent): To replace an
addition at 32 Summer Street
2. 25-AO31 Mento Corp. (Agent): To construct a new single-family dwelling with solar panels at 338 North
Dennis Road
3. 26-DO01 David Neethi (Owner) and Steve Kady Masonry (Agent): To demolish chimney at 25
Congressional Drive
4. 26-AO32 Carol and Richard Dove (Owners) and Cape Cod Fence (Agent): To install a fence at 22
Driftwood Lane
S. 26-AO33 Christina and David Crowley (Owners) and Hickory Harbor Homes (Agent): To replace and
paint front door, replace garage door, convert a door to window, convert windows to a French door, and

10. 26-AO38 Darla Stone (Owner) and Trinity Solar LLC (Agent): To install 20 solar panels on the front and

11. 26-AO39 Brian and Sarah Sharp (Owners): To paint house, trim, and front door at 30 Pine Street
