Dear Inspector Grylls:
Please let this email serve as notice that we are getting upto three quotes for the demolition of the
premises today and tomorrow.We expect to have accepted a quote within 3 days and will have said
contractor file for all required permits for the razing of the premises by Monday 2/3/20.
We apologize for the delay,however we believed because we had secured the building and placed the
fencing per your request,we did not realize this was a critical issue.
Mr.Zhang has an open insurance claim which he has been waiting to resolve and was intending to use the
proceeds of same to raise the building as earlier indicated by Jun Zhang.
We regret that there may have been calls which may not have been returned,however you have Jun
Wang's email and have corresponded with him. An email would have gotten an immediate response.
Again we apologize for the delay,but plan to have a contractor at your office by Monday.
Thank you for your courtesy and consideration.
Kindly present this letter to the Selectmen at your upcoming meeting.
