Re: 228 Route 28 West Yarmouth
Dear Mr.Zhang,
This office has been notified that your building located at 228 Route 28, West Yarmouth,MA appears to be in
danger of collapse as a result of demolition work which was not properly permitted.
The building has been declared unsafe and posted by this department.Yarmouth Fire and Yarmouth Police
have been notified that the building is unsafe to enter.
At my request,the contractor of record, Alan Michaelis has had a structural engineer inspect the structure.
This office has not received a report from them as of today.
This letter is a formal request for the premises of 228 Route 28 be secured and made safe.
Please respond within 14 days of receipt of this request. Failure to respond may lead to further legal action as
allowed by MGL Ch. 139& 143.
