the Premises at Blue Rock Resort, 39 Todd Road, South Yarmouth, MA 02664 including but not
limited to:
1. Any and all inspection records of the hotel premises at Blue Rock Resort from 2016-2019.
2. Any and all inspection records of the hotel pool at Blue Rock Resort from 2016-2019.
3. Any and all licenses of the hotel premises at Blue Rock Resort from 2016- 2019.
4. Any and all licenses of the hotel pool at Blue Rock Resort from 2016-2019.
5. Any and all records of any kind relating to the hotel premises at Blue Rock Resort from
2016-2019.
