Dear Ms.DiRienzo and Mr.Jerolimo,
This is a request for approval of a plan revision to the property located at 21 Heritage Drive,
West Yarmouth MA 02673 for the addition of a first floor master bedroom and bathroom.The
property currently has a valid order of conditions approved by the Conservation Commission in
December of 2025. The elevation of the cellar floor for the proposed addition will remain the
same as that which was previously approved.The elevations of the contours of the property will
also remain the same as those previously approved.The proposed addition will not add any
bedrooms from what was previously approved as the original plan although approved for a 4-
bedroom home is only a 3-bedroom home.There will be 2 additional flood vents added to the
northerly side of the home as required by the building code.
Additionally,the proposed addition will remain within the approved work limit area.Please let
