as TENANTS IN COMMON
with QUITCLAIM COVENANTS,

Massachusetts.

Subject to and with the benefit of the easements, restrictions and rights set forth in Certificate of
Title No. 13127, insofar as the same are in force and applicable.
There is appurtenant to said land the right to use all purposes for which streets and ways are used
in the Town of Yarmouth and the right to use the beach area marked "Private Beach Area A" and
"Private Beach Area B" as shown on said plan in common with others entitled thereto.
Subject to a taking of Turner Lane by the Town of Yarmouth, being Document No. 120,245,
entered upon by said town on February 5,1969 being Document No. 129,203,
Said premises are conveyed subject to and with the benefit of all rights, rights of way, easements,
agreements, appurtenances, reservations and restrictions of record, insofar as the same are now in
force and applicable.
The Grantor hereby releases any and all rights of homestead to the property conveyed herein and
further certify under the pains and penalties of perjury that no other individual has homestead
rights in the subject property.
Meaning and intending to convey and hereby conveying the same property as described in a
Deed dated April 11, 2022, and registered at the Barnstable Land Court Registry as Document
No. 1,457,890, Certificate of Title Number 229797.
