The Board previously granted a Special Permit to Petitioner in connection with property located
at 16 Sunset Pines Road, South Yarmouth, MA which was granted after a hearing on 9/27/12
one of the conditions upon which the grant was made was a one year review.
The Petitioner realized that she had not returned in one year and came before the Board on
12/11/14 for her review.
The Board was unanimous in its agreement that the Petitioner had fully complied with all
conditions of the original granted relief and agreed that no further annual review was required.
